Before my stay, I made sure to ask if I could check the room first to avoid any surprises, especially after an incident with a previous room allocation. This hotel might be more suitable for older guests or those who are very picky about cleanliness. However, the room I got was only partially clean; there was a missing child, a non-functional fan in the restroom, and to top it off, they ended up double-charging my credit card. It has been quite a hassle to get my money refunded.
